“My wife and I, our two sons and little grandson (2) had breakfast at your cafe yesterday morning. Our waitresses were first class, extremely pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Customer service was exceptional the whole time we were at the cafe, taking time to interact with our grandson, and the food and drinks we ordered were superb. (Scrambled eggs with bacon, waffles and smoothies, egged your way. Will definitely be back before we head back to Victoria. Please pass on my thanks and compliments to the girls / ladies that were our waitresses and the chef.”

“Happened upon this wee gem the other day. It is located within the Ashmore shopping centre and look for it as there are a couple of other places offering coffee in the centre also. We chose Primal Barista as the staff seemed happy and the layout and general vibe was a good one. We were only after tea but were tempted by the smile of the lady serving to try one the the Danish pastries. This was a first; after asking she heated the Danish, halved it onto two separate plates, each exquisitely presented and brought it to the table with our tea. Wonderful. The tea was leaf tea which is a very nice touch also. The menu had a good variety with a number of price points to chose from and as vegetarians, there was a good selection there too. We will be back. Great service, great energy, and look forward to trying the food. After our Danish ” experience” it should be good.”

“I have visited this cafe twice both times greeted by very friendly staff who did their jobs well. I have absolutely no complaints about the food nor the presentation. My food was bought out in a timely manner by a smiling waitress. Great happy barista! As I sit here observing I see staff clearing off tables and having a quick chat with customers sitting at a table. That would mean so much to a lot of people, a young person smiling and asking how are you today? I’d recommend to call in if you’re having a downer watch the interaction of the staff with customers. I’m sure it will brighten your day.Keep up the great customer service everyone. “I’ll be back”.”
